I founded Sales Gym 360 to make a difference. 
 
I am passionate about helping Organisations improve their profitable revenue growth and am passionate about developing sales people and improving sales teams.
 
Over the years I have been fortunate to have managed 9 sales teams and been on a number of traditional sales training courses, but it was during my first 23 months turning around a failing company, Bytes Document Solutions (UK) – “Bytes”, that I learned more than I did in my previous 15 year career.
 
Running Bytes was a challenge.  After 23 months in role my Management team and I managed to turn a £1m EBITDA loss to a £1m EBITDA profit, whilst at the same time improving the cash position from -£2.5m to +£2.5m and growing the top line from £17.8m to £21m.  ​​

When you embark on a transformational journey of that nature you learn a lot, such as how to design and implement effective organisational structures and commission plans; how to design and implement relevant propositions and progressive go-to-market strategies; and how to inspire people and get the most out of them.
 
I founded Sales Gym 360 to focus on the future and for it to serve as the vehicle through which to improve the futures of as many Organisations as possible.

My primary role is to manage the relationship between Sales Gym 360 and Michael Page. I'm accountable for up-skilling the Michael Page team and handling Client requirements.

Prior to becoming a Mentor I was the Sales Director of HP for 10 years and before that the Sales Director of IBM.  I have helped all manner of IT salespeople through the years.

   I have over 35 years experience mentoring IT salespeople.  Prior to my mentoring years I worked at IBM and before that Xerox where I was their top new-business salesman four years running
