Sales Mentoring

Aimed at: Direct and Indirect sales teams

Mentoring is an effective means of up-skilling any individual.  For lasting behaviour change we recommend individuals receive a programme of 10 Mentoring sessions, spanning 2-3 months.

Mentoring sessions typically:

-last for 45 minutes;
-take place remotely via Skype or another web conferencing system;
-are weekly;
-are competency based, with the core competencies being Prospecting/Networking; Selling-Value/Being Strategically Relevant; Proposing/Effective Communications; and Forecasting;
-are task orientated, so the content is focused around the tasks and activities that have been asked of the individual;
-include post-session activities thereby encouraging Mentees to try the learnings out between sessions enabling any experiences and outcomes to be shared and discussed at future sessions;
-summarised in writing afterwards, creating an audit trail and referenceable wins and successes;
-can be traded in for face to face classroom sessions – this is particularly useful if a number of people from the same Organisation are being Mentored and require help in a common area;
   Investment: £1,750 - £2,250 + VAT for a progamme of 10 sessions{cke_protected}{C}%3C!%2D%2DEndFragment%2D%2D%3E
